Shipping & Returns


Shipping:

To make shopping easy, we only charge a very low $8.95 shipping cost for any quantity within Sydney suburbs. 

Most products on the website are expected to be instock.  When the item is instock you may received your order with 2 to 5 workings days.  Please allow up to 10 working days for deliveries.  Should an products be out of stock, we will notify you the expected time of delivery.


Returns:

1. All goods can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase provided that goods have not been used and are in their original package.
2. Freight cost is not refundable.
3. Returns can be exchanged for other products or a gift voucher to the same value excluding freight only.
4. We do not offer refunds for incorrect choices.
